    We do not offer refunds. In a instance where one of our products gets delivered damaged please contact us ASAP at wowattirehelp@gmail.com and we will deal with the matter. We address these each differently. We will give our best efforts to customer satisfaction.

  • What sizing are crewnecks and hoodies.?
    All our hoodies and crewnecks as of right now are unisex. Our unisex clothing makes it easier for you to get the perfect size! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to our team at wowattirehelp@gmail.com!
  • Do you do returns?

  • Do you ship out side of the United States?
    Sorry, we don't ship outside of the United States at this current time!
  • Are all shirts unisex sizing?
    Yes, as for right now all shirts are unisex sizing. We are putting our best efforts to finding good quality men and women's shirts as well. As we only have unisex shirts at the moment they are still awesome quality and extremely comfortable.   • How long does shipping take for orders from Walking on Water Attire?
    Shipping times vary depending on the location of the customer and the type of clothing bought. As we are a small business we ask you to please be patient as we source, apply, and ship all clothing ourselves. Please give us between 1 - 2 weeks to get your product processed and shipped + how long shipping takes to get to you.   • How should I wash and dry my t shirt/ crew neck?
    Wash both our t shirts and crewnecks inside out in cold water with like colors and inside out in low heat to dry
  • Can I take my sticker off once I place it ?
    No. Our premium stickers our somewhat permanent and recommended to only be on places where you won't take your sticker off since it will not easily come off.
  • How do I apply my sticker to my object?
    Clean desired area where you want your sticker to go. Carefully peel the backing of the sticker off Position sticker to desired area Firmly press down using a card like object (ex: credit card, squeegee, gift card ect.)
  • How are some of the profits being used to help the community?
    As are slogan : a brand created to help the community and love like Jesus we strive to help our communities just as Jesus calls us to help each other. We use our best efforts to finding unique and needed things to those in need. As for now we are going wherever the Holy Spirit leads us to give to and help every time we have an opportunity such as buying Bibles and giving them to people who wouldn't get them otherwise, donating to missionary organizations to get the Gospel spread high and long and a few other smaller ways.
